We are pleased to share the latest updates from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for May.

• Block A1: Installation of gypsum board suspended ceilings has been completed. Work is ongoing in the elevator shafts, including the installation of guide rails and portal structures. Underfloor heating and floor screeding have been completed in full. Porcelain stoneware terrace coverings have been completed. 40% of the façade finishing works have been completed.
• Block A2: Suspended ceiling installation works are underway on the 5th floor. The 6th and 7th floors have been completed. Corridor window structures on floors 5–7 have been installed. Elevator guide rail and portal installation works are in progress.
• Block A3: Machine-applied plastering works have been completed. Suspended ceiling installation works are underway on the 5th floor. The 6th and 7th floors have been completed.
• Basement: Installation of parking ventilation and smoke extraction ducts is in progress.

We are sharing updates from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for November.

• In Block A1, a set of works on the installation of the roof has been completed. The walls of the parking area and technical basement rooms have been plastered.
• In Block A2, work is underway on the installation of the exterior rough façade. Electrical installation work has been completed for laying cable channels in the apartments. Work is being carried out on installing frames for underfloor heating on balconies and water drainage systems. A set of works on the installation of the roof has been completed.
• In Block A3, work on the installation of the exterior rough façade has been completed. Stormwater drainage installation has been completed. Roofing work is ongoing. Electrical installation work is underway to create cable channels in the apartments.
• Work is also underway to install marble drip edges on window sills and balcony thresholds in Blocks A1, A2, and A3.

We’re sharing the latest updates from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for October.

• In Block A1, electrical installation works for cable ducts in the apartments have been completed. Installation of frames for underfloor heating on balconies and arrangement of water drainage systems are underway. Waterproofing of the roof is in progress.
• In Blocks A2 and A3, works on the rough exterior façade are being carried out. Scaffolding is being installed in the recreation area of Block A3 for further façade works.
• In Block A2, installation of conduits for cable wiring in the apartments continues.
• In Block A3, stormwater drainage installation is in progress.
• Works on marble window sills along the roof parapet are also ongoing. These works have been completed in Blocks A1 and A2, and are in progress in Block A3.

We are pleased to share an update from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for September.

• In Block A1, electrical installation works have started, specifically the arrangement of channels for cable wiring in the apartments. Works are underway on the installation of rainwater drainage and sewage systems in the apartments. Work on the exterior facade on the road side is ongoing.

We are sharing an update from the DESIRE Antalya construction site for August.

• In blocks A1, A2, and A3, 100% of the wall and partition works have been completed, including the basement. The parapet of the roof has been completed in all blocks.
• The installation of metal structures for the corridors in block A2 has been finished.
• A retaining wall has been built on the side of the recreation area and swimming pools.
• All outdoor pools have been completed.
• Works on the entrances to all blocks are ongoing, including ramps and the retaining wall on the side of block A3.
• Work has begun on laying electrical networks and water supply pipes.

We’re sharing the July progress from the DESIRE Antalya construction site.

• Block A1: walls and partitions completed up to the seventh floor level. Parapet installation on the roof has begun.
• Block A2: walls and partitions completed up to the fifth floor level. Work continues on the sixth and seventh floors. Metal structures of the fire corridors have been installed.
• Block A3: walls and partitions completed up to the fifth floor level. Work continues on the sixth and seventh floors. 90% of walls and partitions of the underground parking, indoor pool area, and recreation zone are complete. Construction continues on the outdoor pool and the retaining wall around the perimeter of the site.

We are sharing the June work dynamics at the DESIRE Antalya construction site.

• Block A1: columns, pylons, elevator shafts, and the slab of the 7th floor have been completed. 100% of the monolithic structures of Block A1 are done! Works on installing the walls and partitions of the 4th floor are ongoing.
• Block A2-1: all vertical structures as well as the 7th floor slab have been completed. 100% of the monolithic structures of Block A2-1 are done! Works on installing the walls and partitions of the 4th floor are ongoing.
• Block A2-2: all monolithic structures of the 7th floor have been completed. Works on installing the walls and partitions of the entrance floor are ongoing.
• Block A3: reinforcement and formwork installation for columns, pylons, and elevator shafts of the 7th floor are ongoing. Works on installing the walls and partitions of the 1st floor are ongoing.

• Block A1: columns, pylons, lift shafts, and floors of the 6th floor are completed. All the columns, pylons, and lift shafts of the 7th floor have been completed.
• Block A2-1: All vertical structures and the floor of the 6th floor have been completed.
• Block A2-2: All monolithic structures of the 6th floor have been completed.
• Block A3: All monolithic structures of the 6th floor have been completed.

We are sharing the April work dynamics at the DESIRE Antalya construction site.

• Block A1: columns, pylons, elevator shafts, and floors of the 5th floor are completed. The installation of column frames, pylons, and elevator shafts on the 6th floor is in progress. Work has started on the blockwork of the external walls and partitions of the 2nd and 3rd floors.
• Block A2-1: all vertical structures and the ceiling of the 5th floor have been completed.
• Block A2-2: all monolithic structures of the 5th floor have been completed.
• Block A3: all monolithic structures of the 4th floor have been completed. Concrete columns, pylons and lift shafts of the 5th floor have been concreted. Works on formwork and reinforcement of the floor beams on the 5th floor are in progress.

• Block A2-1: the 3rd floor has been completed. Columns, pylons, and elevator shaft of the 4th floor have been cast. The formwork and reinforcement of the 4th-floor slab have been completed.
• Block A2-2: The columns, pylons, elevator shaft, as well as the beams and slabs of the 4th floor, have been cast.
• Block A3: The columns, pylons, and elevator shaft of the 4th floor have been cast. The formwork installation for the beams and slab of the 4th floor has been completed.

• Block A2-1: all vertical structures of the 3rd floor have been completed. Installation of the formwork for the 3rd floor is in progress.
• Block A2-2: all monolithic works on the 3rd floor have been completed. Reinforcement and installation of formwork for columns, pylons, and the 4th-floor elevator shaft are in progress.
• Block A3: all monolithic structures of the 3rd floor have been completed.

• Block A1: Columns, pylons, and elevator shafts of the 3rd floor have been concreted. Work continues on installing the formwork for the 3rd-floor slab.
• Block A2-1: Columns, pylons, elevator shafts, stairs, and the 2nd-floor slab have been concreted.
• Block A2-2: All monolithic structures of the 2nd floor have been completed. Columns and elevator shafts of the 3rd floor have been concreted.
• Block A3: All monolithic structures of the 2nd floor have been concreted. Work continues on reinforcing and installing formwork for columns, elevator shafts, and the staircase of the 3rd floor.

Happy New Year 2025! Here’s an update on the construction progress of DESIRE Antalya:

• Block A1: Columns, pilasters, elevator, stairs have been concreted, as well as the slab for the 2nd floor.
• Block A2-1: Columns, pilasters, elevator shaft, and stairs for the 1st floor have been concreted. The formwork for beams and the slab of the 1st floor has been completed, and reinforcement works have started.
• Block A2-2: Ongoing reinforcement and formwork installation for columns, pilasters, and the elevator shaft of the 2nd floor.
• Block A3: Columns, pilasters, and the elevator shaft of the 1st floor have been concreted. The formwork for the stairs of the 1st floor has been installed.

We share news from the construction site:

• Block A1: the 1st floor slab has been concreted. Work on reinforcing of vertical structures of columns and walls of the 2nd floor has started.
• Block A2-2: all vertical structures of the 1st floor have been completed and the floor slab of the 1st floor has been concreted.
• Block A2-1: concreted columns, pylons, lift entrance floor.
• Block A3: concreted columns, pylons, lift room of the entrance floor. Work on the formwork for the entrance floor slab is in progress.

It's time for news from the construction site:

• Block A1: the vertical structures of the 1st floor are concreted. Work has started on the formwork for the 1st-floor floor joists.
• Block A2-2: all vertical structures of the 1st floor are reinforced. Work has started on the formwork of these structures.
• Block A2-1: works on the manufacture of columns, pylons, and lift entrance floor.
• Work on waterproofing the external walls of the car park and basements of all blocks is performed.
• Backfilling of excavation slots along the entire perimeter of the complex.

The first month of autumn was extremely productive! We share news from the construction site:

• Block A1: columns, pylons, and lift shafts of the entrance floor have been concreted. Formwork and reinforcement of the beams and floors of the entrance floor have been completed.
• Block 2-2: work is underway to reinforce and install the formwork for columns, pylons, and lift shafts. The completion rate is 75%.
• Waterproofing of the exterior walls of the car park of block D has been completed, and waterproofing works are underway on the basement walls of block A1. Backfilling of the sinuses of the car park pit on the side of block D has been completed.

We continue to talk about the construction process of DESIRE

• The formwork of the parking lot floor of block D has been dismantled.
• In block A1, the columns and walls of the ground floor are fully reinforced.
• The main and fire stairs from the basement and parking lot of blocks A1, A2, A3, D are installed.
• Installation of vertical formwork on the entrance floor of block A1 has begun.

We continue to update you on the construction process of DESIRE residential complex.

• In Block A1, the basement ceiling and beams are fully concreted.
• In Block A2-2, the columns, walls, ceiling, and beams are completed.
• In Block A2-1, column and wall concreting is nearing completion.
• In Block A3, the ceiling and beams are installed.
• Concrete work on the parking walls continues.

• In Block A1, the concrete work for the basement ceiling and beams is completed.
• In Block A2-2, the basement columns and walls are finished.
• In Block A2-1, reinforcement and concrete work for columns and walls are ongoing.
• In Block A3, the basement walls have been concreted, and the reinforcement work for the basement beams and ceiling is underway.
• Concrete work for the parking walls is also in progress.

• Works on waterproofing of the foundation base are in progress. They are 80% complete.
• Reinforcement of the foundation slab started in March, 5% of it is completed.
• Reinforcement of lift pits is also in progress. They are 40% complete.
